If you choose a "prepaid and not refundable room" your credit card will be charged for the whole amount of the reservation and it's not refundable.
CANCELLATION POLICY: you will be asked to provide your credit card details to confirm your reservation. We won't charge anything on your card till you check-out.
You can cancel or modify your reservation without penalties till 3 days before your arrival date otherwise we will charge first night, in case of no-show we will charge the whole amount of the reservation.
RECEPTION TIME: from Monday to Saturday from 9am to 5pm, on Sunday and Holidays from 9am to 1pm.
